Jim Bowie is a Strategic Performance Improvement Expert with more than 24 years of experience leading high-impact efforts in diverse environments and industries around the world including Government, Corporate, and Non-Profit organizations. Jim is the President of Roxtar™ Consulting (a CVE-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business), a Professional Conference Speaker, and the creator of the Lean Six Sigma Samurai® and the innovative
strategic planning model, the StrateTree™. He is known for his hands-on
approach and dynamic, passionate delivery. He is a former United States Army Infantry Officer and an Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran, holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Science in Business Data Analytics, is a Kaplan-Norton Balanced Scorecard Certified Practitioner, a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (including American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Six Sigma Black Belt), an ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, a Certified Lean Master, a Certified Project Management Professional, an ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor, and a certified facilitator. Jim is a Senior Member of ASQ and a member of the Execution Premium Community. His expertise was also recognized as he was selected to serve as a member of the Board of Examiners for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. Jim’s educational track has included Salisbury University, the US Air Force Institute of Technology, Villanova University, University of Tennessee, Yale School of Management, University of Michigan, Auburn University, Georgia Institute of Technology, Texas A&M University, West Virginia University, and the “Benning School for Boys” (Infantry Training).

Korry Rahn was born in Portland, Oregon and grew up in Reston, Virginia right outside of Washington, DC. She joined the United States Air Force after graduating high school and served for a total of 9 years both active duty and in the Air National Guard.
After leaving active duty Air Force where she served as a crew chief both on the flight line and in the phase docks working on T-33 and F-15 aircraft, she traveled cross-country and joined the Washington Air National Guard where she worked on KC135s and was trained in administration. She later transferred to the Oregon Air National Guard where she was hired as a temporary technician and assisted in training the squadron in their transition from the F-4 Phantom to the F-15 Eagle. She then transferred to the law enforcement division with the Oregon Military Department and worked as a law enforcement patrol officer while attending Mount Hood Community College and Portland State University where she earned her BA in Business Management.
Korry has a diverse background that includes work in the military, government, and commercial sectors and is currently serving in the Department of Human Resources for the State of Tennessee as the Assistant Director/ HR Program Manager for the Organizational Performance and Data Management division. She is Six Sigma certified, has attended the State of TN Next Level Leadership Academy, is now attending the LEAD Tennessee leadership program through the State of Tennessee, and is pursuing her International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification.
She presently volunteers as a master examiner for the Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence (Baldrige framework), student mentor for TNAchieves, church usher, Rescue 1 Global volunteer, and member of the Board of Directors for the Citizens for Affordable Housing, to name a few.
In her spare time, Korry enjoys reading, crafts, painting, gardening, hanging out by the lake or the ocean, and spending time with friends.
